Semi-private training is geared more specifically to your individual needs. Smaller groups give you the opportunity to receive more one-on-one attention and still have the camaraderie of a group without the large class size. You can think of this setup as the same benefits of personal training at half the cost. The smaller class size allows for a focused training on more advanced movements, sport-specific or injury rehabilitation. It’s great for all fitness levels, so give it a try!

Semi-Private Training Class Details
- 2-4 people or less in each session
- 45 minutes 1 month sessions.
- 2 x’s p/wk Days and times fluctuate month to month so be sure to check our calendar for current schedule. If you do not see a time that works for you, we are happy to work with you to get that going.
- We require min 2 people.
