If group training is not for you, we have personal trainers ready to help you. Our personal training sessions are designed specifically for you and your fitness needs. Our private setting gives you the gym to yourself. There are no club fees, initiation fees, you pay for only personal training.
Are you training for a specific sport or race?

- Not a problem. Danica has over ten years of experience training pre and postnatal Moms. Additionally, we welcome you bringing your lil one to your session. For everyone’s safety and sanity we prefer non-mobile tykes.
Would you like a few Personal Training sessions under your belt before signing up for group classes?
- We have clients do this all the time. It’s a great way to learn the basics and give you confidence before camp.
All of our trainers are certified, have years of experience and often hold more advance specific certifications. Among our team there are TRX, Kettlebell, Spinning, nutrition and FMS certification.
