High Intensity Training Classes (HIIT)

HIIT training photoHigh Intensity Training or HIIT is a scientifically-based training system proven to be the most effective and efficient way to increase strength and endurance. As one of the first (maybe even the longest running) group training facilities in downtown Denver, it’s safe to say we have mastered the art of HIIT group training.

Our certified trainers write all of our workouts in house, prior to each day to ensure your program is balanced and efficient. We offer a wide range of HIIT class times Monday–Friday to fit in just about everyone’s schedule.

high intensity interval training denverFunctional fitness is a broad term; think lunges, sprints, pull-ups, agility, battle ropes, kettlebells, tire flips, barbells, physio balls, and much, much more! We may start with a jog to Coors field, a dynamic flexibility warm up inside or a few yoga poses. The rest of the pre-written high intensity interval training workout could be anything from timed stations, working with a team to complete certain exercises, and/or agility and strength sets that push you to exceed. One thing that is for sure is, you will never do the same HIIT workout twice. Because we methodically program our camps, and each individual day is part of greater program, we recommend that you participate in a full 4-week camp to take advantage of all the training benefits.

 

We work hard to cater to a variety of clientele and their lifestyles. Colorado is full with people who participate in healthy activities year round, whether it be recreationally or competitively. We also understand work schedules can vary, be unpredictable and many people living or working in Denver travel for work (and let’s be real, fun). We also know each of you have a different health history, fitness level and recovery time. Because of this, we have memberships based on FREQUENCY and DURATION. It’s really simple, we promise.

HIIT Membership Choices:

  • FREQUENCY: how many classes per week you can commit to (either 3, 4 or 5 per week)
  • DURATION: length of program (either 4 weeks, 12 weeks or yearly)
  • PRICING: 4 week installments or monthly eft draft for 12 months
  • Pay online via the sign up page (also in link below) or in the gym and you are set to go.
  • There are no restrictions on class times and days you can attend M-F unless your membership says otherwise. (Sometimes we offer deals on specific class times, i.e. 7 am only)
  • Prices subject are to change throughout the year unless you have locked in your rate through an Annual Membership.

What is the Annual Membership?

The Annual Membership is the best way to get the most out of our gym at the lowest price.

  • You have first priority in all of our classes. You will never be closed out or put on a wait list.
  • It really allows you to create and foster relationships with the trainers & our other great members which is not only fun, but keeps you accountable.
  • It is a 12 month EFT commitment. We offer 3 different payment options for your convenience; either upfront, monthly or bi-monthly installments.
  • Lock in your rate today. Annual membership is a fixed monthly price.
  • FYI: In 7 years we have not once raised the fees on our Annual Members.
